Meet Christos Prorellis
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
I am a qualified Occupational Therapist supporting children and adults to develop the skills they need to participate confidently in everyday life. I graduated from the University of Sydney and also hold a Master of Health Service Management from the University of Technology Sydney. In addition, I have completed a Certificate II in Electronics, reflecting my strong interest in practical problem-solving and technical skills. I work collaboratively with families and individuals to build independence, emotional regulation, confidence, and functional skills across home, school, work, and community environments.
Personalised Therapy Approach
Every child and adult is unique. My approach focuses on each person’s abilities, interests, and goals, and therapy is tailored to what matters most to them. Whether we are working on school readiness, daily living skills, or navigating social environments, my goal is to make therapy engaging, supportive, and practical. I work closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and support networks to ensure strategies can be used in everyday situations. By tailoring therapy to each person’s goals, I aim to create an environment where children and adults feel supported to grow, learn, and build confidence.
My approach prioritises:
Individual strengths and interests
Real-world skill
development
Confidence and independence
Positive engagement with everyday activities
By tailoring therapy plans to each child’s goals, I aim to create a supportive environment where children feel encouraged to grow, learn, and succeed.
Understanding Different Ways of Thinking and Learning
People experience the world in different ways. My approach respects and supports these differences. Therapy focuses on understanding each child’s or adult’s needs, strengths, and communication style, and helping them develop skills in a way that works best for them.
Take the First Step Toward Everyday Confidence
If you’re looking for occupational therapy that focuses on empowering confident participation in everyday life, I’d love to support your child’s journey.
